We had a phenomenal experience using Mad Batter for our wedding. Our cake turned out PERFECT. It was beautifully decorated and tasted amazing. The experience leading up to our big day was mad so easy by their team. They answered many questions for us, allowed us to pick up after hours, and one of the best parts is they make a miniature version of your cake to have for your anniversary later. So incredible I cannot recommend them enough.

We love this bakery. Their donuts are amazing, creative, and unique. Their cake is amazing too. We ordered a wedding celebration cake. It was beautiful. I'm so happy we ordered here. We ordered a chocolate cake with white frosting and strawberry frosting inside. The cake is light and the frosting too. It all went so well together. The strawberry flavored frosting was also great. People ordering here need to know this story. We ordered a cake here for my Dad and now step mom who just recently eloped. We wanted to do something to celebrate when they got back so we got cake from here. I walked in and picked it up. I looked at it and at first glance the writing looked good. Then when I got home, well, I realized they misspelled our name. Common mistake, our name is unusually long. I called them and told them our situation and they were apologetic, and owned the issue to the point that they actually drove out with their frosting and utensils and rewrote the cake. . The bakers here have big hearts and we can't thank them enough.
They did a fantastic job with my daughter's birthday cake. The staff knew exactly what she was looking for. Ready on time and easy pickup from their busy shop. A fun place to check out in downtown St. Charles!
Ordered a cake and sugar cookies for my sons birthday. I was amazed at how beautiful both were! They were very good, and ordering was fast and easy. I just emailed them a picture of what I wanted, went back and forth on size, flavors, etc. and they followed up with a phone call to take the payment.
